Designer Adam Tihany commissioned me to create a series of works to be displayed at "Sin" restaurant at The Aleph hotel in Rome. The Aleph is a small boutique hotel, very sensually-oriented. Overarching themes include heaven and hell; good and evil; and red and black.
This piece is called "the little devil inside." it hangs at the entrance to the breakfast area of Sin restaurant at the Aleph Hotel in Rome. All elements except the croissant are wrapped with morning newspapers; the croissant is wrapped with pieces of torn magazine ads for lipsticks. Each element represents a certain part of our body or mind, and each composition tells a story of an individual character and the "devil" inside him or her.
This piece, called "Good Over Evil," hangs at the wine bar of Sin restaurant at the Aleph Hotel in Rome. I used various tools affiliated with wine to illustrate a story of good triumphing over evil.
